Rob Condon Managing Member

Rob Condon is the Managing Shareholder of Condon & Company, P.C., a Houston-based accounting firm, which he founded in 2004. Rob has over 30 years of public accounting experience, beginning his career as Senior Manager of Ernst & Young’s Houston Entrepreneurial Services group. Condon & Company (and its affiliates) has deep expertise in managing robust outsourced CFO/Controller, FP&A, Fund Administration and back-office functions for private funds and high-growth companies. Rob works with a diverse group of management teams, public and private portfolio companies at various stages of operation, mature exit minded private companies, and private fund managers; providing comprehensive strategic capital management and transaction planning and analysis. He supports clients in a variety of industries including energy (E&P, Mid/Downstream & OFS), manufacturing & distribution, hospitality, B2B services and Bio/high-technology.

Rob earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from University of Houston in 1983 and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and is a Certified M&A Advisor. Rob is a member of the AM&AA and the AICPA and an active alumni of the University of Houston. He has supported several Houston-based civic organizations by serving as an officer on various nonprofit boards.

Tammie Milum Partner

Tammie Milum is a partner of Allied Fund Services and has over 30 years of financial and managerial accounting experience which includes 10 years of providing Outsourced financial leadership and fund administration services to clients, 13 years as Director of Finance in the communications industry, 8 years as Sole Proprietor of her own CPA firm and over 2 years in audit for Ernst & Young.

Tammie assists clients in reorganizing, streamlining and strengthening financial reporting operations to maximize performance and satisfy critical delivery goals. She has been successful in several ERP system implementations, managing all phases of the process. Tammie’s strong communication skills allow her to work effectively with personnel at all levels and across multiple functional areas within an organization. She efficiently develops solutions and defines clear project steps for dysfunctional and disparate accounting units within an organization. She has worked extensively in the real estate and construction, business and financial services, technology, energy and private equity industries.

A native of Texas, Tammie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. She is also a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
